Activating your Relyence License

Activating your Relyence License

The Activate License function can be used if you did not activate your Relyence license upon initial sign in, or if you have updated your Relyence license through a new purchase. Note that you must be an Administrator level user in order to activate your license.

Click About Relyence from the Account menu to display the About Relyence dialog. Click the Activate License button to begin the license activation process.

Note: The Activate License button will only appear for Relyence On-Premise installations and if you are a Relyence Administrator.

The Activate License dialog appears.

Click Activate. You should see a message confirming the license activation was successful.

If not, click Manual Activation. The Activate License dialog appears.


A License Request Code will be automatically generated and filled in for you. Copy the License Request Code and send it via email to support@relyence.com. Once we receive your request, you will receive an email in return with your License Activation Code. Copy the License Activation Code from the email and paste it into the License Activation Code field and click Activate. Please note that your License Activation Code is unique to you and can only be used once. It is not transferable.

Once your license has been successfully activated, the "License activation successful" message will appear.

Click Close to close the Activate License dialog.

The My License dialog will display the License Count and, if applicable, the Expiration date of your Relyence license. Click Close to close the My License dialog.

Note: At various intervals before expiration, if your Relyence License is set to expire, Relyence Users will see a License Expiration Notice announcement at log in that indicates "Your Relyence license will expire on <date>. Contact Relyence to renew your license." You can reach out to Relyence at wecare@relyence.com for additional details.
