Customizing FRACAS Reports

Customizing FRACAS Reports

If you would like to review a video overview about customizing reports, go to our online video for Customizing a Report.

For all Relyence Products, your View controls the appearance of the generated Report. This means that using the Create new view function you can create any number of Views that can be used for generating different reports.

For example, if you are on the Incident Table in Relyence FRACAS and click Report in the Sidebar, the report is generated based on what is showing on your display. In this way, you always know exactly what will be included on your reports, and Relyence takes care of formatting the report for you.

For example, you could create a View named "My FRACAS Report" and select the fields you want to see in your report.  You can enter and edit data using any View you prefer, then switch to the "My FRACAS Report" View, then run your report using your custom report View.

You can also customize the Forms in Relyence FRACAS and generate reports for single Incidents and/or Problems, or for all your Incidents and/or Problems in a one-item-per-page report. These reports will follow the layout of your FRACAS Forms.

For details on how to customize the FRACAS interface, see the Customizing the FRACAS Interface topic.
