FMECA Worksheet

In the FMECA Worksheet, functions and failure modes can be recorded for each item in the Analysis Tree. Effect, causes, and actions details can be recorded along with each Failure Mode.

Note: It is from the Insert button that you can add Functions and Failure Modes, as well as FRACAS Failure Data.
