FRACAS Teams

During your FRACAS activities, you may want to identify a group of people responsible for a Problem.

In your FRACAS 8D analysis, go to the D1: Prepare step in the Problems tab and click the Team Select icon on the Team Members field to enter the members of your team assigned to the selected Problem. 


The Team Members dialog appears with the list of users that you have entered through the Manage Users and Groups function.

Select the appropriate team members from the list. The Find function is available to use if you need to find particular Team members from a long list. Enter the name or portion of a name in the Find field and click Find to display a list of matching Team members. To go back to the full list, click the Clear button.


Select the appropriate team members from the list of Users and Groups.

If there are FRACAS Team members who are not Users within Relyence, those team members can be added using the + Contact button.


Click + Contact.

The Add Contact dialog appears.


For the team member, enter Name and Email and click OK.


The new team member will be added to a list of Contacts and marked as part of the FRACAS team.


Click OK to save your selections.

The team member field is updated with the Team Members.

Click Save to save your updates.
