Handling of Closed Incidents and Problems
Once a FRACAS Incident or Problem is marked Closed by selecting the Closed checkbox, Relyence FRACAS automatically fills in the Closed Date. The Incident or Problem will also then appear in the Incident or Problem Table as a gray row, to indicate the issue has been closed. You cannot edit the Incident or Problem data once it has been closed.
