Customizing FMEA Reports

For all Relyence Products, your View controls the appearance of the generated worksheet Report. This means that using the Create new view function you can create any number of Views that can be used for generating different reports.
For example, if you are on the FMEA Worksheet in Relyence FMEA and click Report or Report>Current View in the Sidebar, the report is generated based on what is showing on your display. In this way, you always know exactly what will be included on your worksheet reports, and Relyence takes care of formatting the report for you.
For example, you could create a View named "My FMEA Report" and select the fields you want to see in your report. You can enter and edit data using any View you prefer, then switch to the "My FMEA Report" View, then run your report using your custom report View.

Within Relyence FMEA specifically and for the Form view of any Worksheet, you can create one or more Report Templates within any Analysis.
The Report Templates allow you to create detailed line-by-line formats in which to view the FMEA Form data. Some industries require this type of report for regulatory compliance. Within a Report Template, you can include any FMEA data fields, custom text, images; plus you can set up custom text and section formatting rules.
