Managing your Relyence Toolset

Managing your Relyence Toolset encompasses all the functions needed for managing your Users and Groups, your Analyses, and your Relyence Product licenses.

The topics covered in this section include:

  • Your Account: all functions available to manage your own personal account, including your profile information, email, and password.
  • Relyence Settings: allows customizing Relyence settings such as Failure Rate units, Report Paper Size, Language, Idle Timeout, and Logos for your reports and the Relyence Sidebar.
  • Relyence Analyses: encompasses all the functions available for complete control of your Relyence Analyses, including creating, duplicating, deleting, setting tree-level permissions, making Revisions of your Analyses, and using the Manage Analyses function.
  • Using the View All Function: enables you to view and open all of your Analyses, Revisions, Example Analyses, Dashboards, Knowledge Banks and Libraries.
  • Using the Manage Analyses Function: encompasses all the functions needed for fully manage and organize and track all your Relyence Analyses and their related data.
  • Managing your Users, Groups, and Permissions: allows you to add and delete users and groups and define their permissions for access to Relyence features and functions.
  • Managing Announcements: how to create Announcements that display when your team members sign in to Relyence.
  • About Relyence: provides information about your Relyence Products, allows generating your Relyence API Key, and activating your Relyence license for on-premise installations.
  • Configuring Your Mail Server: appears only for Relyence On-Premise installations to allow you to configure your internal mail server.
  • Managing your Relyence Licenses: how to manage your Relyence Product licenses, including control of concurrent licenses.

Account Management Functions

Many of the functions needed for managing your Relyence toolset are found in the Account dropdown menu that appears in the upper right corner of the Relyence header bar.

The Account menu displays your profile picture, if you have uploaded one, along with your user name.

The Account Management functions include:

  • My Profile: access your personal profile information.
  • Change Email: allows you to change your Relyence email.
  • Change Password: allows you to change your Relyence password.
  • Settings: allows customizing Relyence settings such as Failure Rate units, Report Paper Size, Language, Idle Timeout, and Logos for your reports and the Relyence Sidebar.
  • Manage Analyses: activates the Manage Analyses function. Manage Analyses encompasses all the functions available for complete control of your Relyence Analyses, including creating, duplicating, deleting, setting tree-level permissions, and making Revisions of your Analyses.
  • Manage Announcements: allows you to create and manage Announcements that appear when team members sign in to Relyence.
