Relyence builds and markets technical engineering software to a broad and substantial customer base throughout the world. Our client list includes large Fortune 500 companies and is growing every day. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated, team player to come on board to further charge our growth!
Domain expertise is not required. We are willing to train if you are willing to learn! In order to succeed in this position, you will have to achieve a solid technical understanding of the Relyence® products. You must possess a sociable and outgoing personality to help build a rapport with potential clients, convert good opportunities to customers, and maintain long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
- Work closely and build relationships with a wide variety of prospects and customers
- Quickly uncover and address customer pain points by proposing appropriate software solutions
- Exhibit expert knowledge by providing compelling, polished, and professional software demonstrations
- Respond quickly to leads and customer requests, always striving to exceed expectations
- Assure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Respond accurately, appropriately, and timely to all prospect and customer requests, including RFI/RFPs
- Become a trusted advisor with customers at all levels
- Guide customers on Relyence software usage
- Identify new opportunities by mining existing contacts and discovering new ones
- Help to develop and execute sales strategy
Requirements
- BS in technical degree preferred with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- Ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and through writing
- Outstanding presentation skills combining knowledgeable, persuasive, and personable delivery
- Strong negotiation skills
- Top notch computer skills with complex software packages including using web conferencing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter
- Enjoys customer interaction and satisfying customer requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel when required
