We’re looking for a personable, technically knowledgeable customer support person to help customers with our engineering-based software applications. The role includes answering questions, onboarding new customers, and providing virtual training sessions to small groups.
This is a rewarding role working in a small, fast-paced company with little overhead and a great supportive team.
Note: Applicants must be local to the Pittsburgh area or be willing to relocate. Must be able to work for any employer in the United States. No Visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email for engineering software applications
- Handle virtual onboarding of new customers to introduce them to the features and functions of the software
- Develop and present customized training courses for customers on a variety of topics
- Work with the software team to improve and enhance software for better customer satisfaction
- Review and help to create documentation and training materials
Requirements
- BS in Math, Engineering, Physics (or other Sciences), or similar with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Top-notch attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
